Blogging
Hello! I have often thought of starting a blog and wondered would anyone actually read it? Well, here I am. Whether I have any readers or not, I have decided to begin this journey. The first day of 2012 sounded about as good as any.
Stacey, my wonderful husband, has often encouraged me to write a book because I do love to write and have much to tell but, being the mother of a 1 year old and almost 5 year old, seems to create some time management problems. So, I decided to start with a blog and see where that leads me. Writing is therapeutic for me and so therefore, you, my readers are my therapists! ha ha
I have much to tell about the journey that has been my life. I won't go in to all of that today but will share as my story unfolds. A synopsis is this: I was raised in a pastor's home, had a major health crisis at the age of 15, attended secular college, then Bible college (where I met the love of my life), got married, had another health crisis at the age of 27, 10 years after our wedding became a mother, then was blessed with a second bundle of joy and now, at the brink of 40, am a pastor's wife to 1, mother to 2, daughter to 4 and friend to many. The ups and downs have been extreme but, through it all, I've learned many marvelous things and some not so marvelous! God has been with me EVERY step of the way and I am blessed beyond measure.
So, welcome to my blog! Welcome to my "life"! AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!
